Eee Gads!!

I haven't blogged for awhile. My husband keeps taking the camera back to his work and then doesn't give me back my memory card with all my pictures for blogging! So somewhere I have pics of the boys playing football, halloween and Lindsie's birthday! Eventually I will get them on here.
Last month my little girl turned 15! Eee gads is right. Where does the time go? She will soon be driving and dating, and she tells me she will be going away to college before I know it. And she is all that a teenage girl should be - moody, sassy, lazy . . .
Ha! Just kidding Lindsie. She is more than that. We are very lucky to have a child who is faithful and loves her Heavenly Father, even if she won't stay this cute little girl:
I'll get some pictures of her birthday later. For now, here are some pictures from her current play The Music Man. We do have video, but once again, Dean has it at work. It took three girls about 1 1/2 hours to get all the little ringlets in her hair! But she sure looked cute. She played Zenida - the mayor's rebellious daughter (she was type cast I'm sure!)
This boy played the town troublemaker and her boyfriend. He plays her boyfriend in real life too (ee gads again). He seems to be a good kid who treats her nice. Except last night when she came home in tears because he was being a "poo head." I told her all boys are "poo heads."
She lead the "town" in several dances with her "boyfriend."
She had to learn to twirl a batton and she did very well! In case you haven't seen Music Man (I hadn't before last night), Lindsie's line in the play is "Eee gads" many times.
The play was so cute. I wish Grandma and Grandpa could have seen it. We'll get that video to you one way or another as soon as I can get it from Dean.

Very Cute!!! Lexi loved watching the play (her school, the upper grades, got to go see it last week during school), she said Lindsie did an awesome job. And it was pretty cool of course to tell everyone that that was her cousin.

We loved the pictures. We would really like to see some action shots (not between Lindsie and the "boyfriend"). We are anxiously awaiting. In the meantime, we noticed The Music Man movie is in our senior library. Maybe we'll have to refresh our memories!
Great job Lindsie. And you really do look CUTE! You should wear your hair like that all the time!

So you posted on my blog that it is has been 6 weeks since your last update and I was thinking "It's been a lot longer than that!" Apparently, my "list" has not been updating when you post. It usually tells me when you post but hasn't since mid October! So sorry I haven't been reading your blog. I thought you hadn't been posting!
