On Memorial Day, Daddy surprised everyone (including Mom) by using his extra duty pay from work to buy Lagoon Season Passes for the whole family. So off we went to Lagoon! We expected awful crowds for the holiday, but it wasn't very crowded. I guess everyone headed out of town. (When we got to church Sunday, there were TEN cars in the parking lot!! Everyone was gone.) 
Of course, everyone's favorite ride was Rattlesnake Rapids. Especially Jarod. This is the ride we went on first, and second, and third, and . . . I think we went on it about 8 times before finally moving on to something else. Thank goodness for no lines! This was Jarod's first ever trip to Lagoon. I don't think he realized that there were amusement parks outside of Disneyland. He was fascinated by everything.

We miss Lagoon! Grandpa Cowley got us passes every year until he passed away.
Poor Dean!! It sounds like you get to have a lot of fun at Lagoon all through the summer, FUN!! It is a good deal to buy a summer pass, you only have to go twice to pay for it. Lucky you guys!!
That looks SO fun! Jarod told me it was his favorite!! Now I see why, especially if it was a hot day and there were no lines!
